When I was a little girl I used to love My Little Pony,I had a big collection and used to spend loads of time brushing and plaiting their manes and tails. I have a feeling I will be reunited with my stash of ponies soon as me and my mum are planning to clear out their loft and I am hoping to find these up there so that Big Bird can play with them.
Big Bird followed my love for My Little Pony when she put them on her Christmas list a few years ago. I was so excited that she wanted some and when she unwrapped them we sat together and brushed their manes and tails. I was surprised just how many different My Little Ponys there are,they come in all colours and sizes so the is one for every little girl or if like me big girl out there.
Last week we were both really excited when the My Little Pony Royal Wedding Castle Playset landed on the doorstep to review. This set requires an adult to assemble it because there is loads of pieces they all click together easily,it took me around 10-15 minutes to set up but once it was put together its really stable and a fab addition to the My Little Pony range.
The My Little Pony Royal Wedding Castle Playset comes with two ponies,a Bride and a Groom. It features a bench that swings and you can seat one pony at a time on it. There is also a spinning Butterfly on the top of one of the towers and the door of the castle pulls down to let the wedding guests in.
Little girls will love the Wedding Castle its perfect for them to create their own fairytale memories and hopefully when they get older like me they will look back with fond memories of this lovely toy. Big Birds favourite part of this playset was the whole wedding accessories she loves setting up the wedding table,it comes with two teacups and a teapot aswell as a wedding cake and a smaller cake. There is a lovely wedding piano which helps set the romantic scene for the ponies.
The bride is pink and has a multi coloured mane and comes with a wedding veil and a crown that hooks onto her horn. There is also a gold neckless and ring that can clip on to the ponys neck and leg,its a lovely idea to encourage the wedding feel. The groom is blue and has a fluffy blue mane and tail,he is wearing a knights sheild on the front and comes with a wedding crown that is removeable.
We think the My Little Pony Royal Wedding Castle Playset will be very popular this Christmas with little girls. If you would like to buy one of these sets you can get them from Amazon for around £22.50 but prices may vary depending on where they shop,they are designed for children aged 3 years old+.
