This week we received the Hungry Frogs from Imagination to review, its a fantastic little game designed for children aged 4 years old +. Families will love this game its perfect for bringing everyone together for a bit of fun and laughter. Its a simple game to set up and its easy to pick up. The children were really keen to play this as soon as it arrived, when we started playing I could tell the children would enjoy it because the instruction were short and easy to follow.
The Hungry Frogs game is simple to play, players take it in turns to spin the spinner and hop around the board from lily pads to logs, looking for juicy flies to feed their frogs. (You can have up to four people playing this game at any one time) When a player spins the sound icon they can press the magic sound button and hear a Ribbit,Ribbit. Any player caught on a log space is sent home. The first player back home with three flies wins the game
The idea of The Hungry Frogs game is to get your frog around the board and back home with the flies you have collected along the way around. Its perfect for 4 years old, because the game is not to long therefore smaller children will not get bored before the game is over. The game contains a magic sounds button and the children love pressing it.
When you are putting the spinner into the spinner board its a bit of a tight fit and it did tear slightly so I would be careful putting it together. This does not affect the game at all though.
The children and myself really enjoy playing The Hungry Frogs ‘Magic Sound’Board Game. Its out in the shops to buy now,you will be looking to pay around £9.99,but prices may vary depending on where you shop.
